Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of SpringMail (“SpringMail,” “we,” “us”). It is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination without refund where permitted.

Prohibited uses

  • Spam, purchased or harvested lists, or contacting people without a lawful basis and required disclosures
  • Phishing, social engineering, malware, ransomware, or deceptive sender identity
  • Harassment, hate, exploitation of minors, or other illegal content
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, or promoting illegal goods or services
  • Attempts to bypass rate limits, bounce guards, security controls, or billing
  • Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Scanning, probing, or attacking systems you do not own or have permission to test

Deliverability responsibilities

You must maintain list hygiene, honor unsubscribes promptly, keep bounce and complaint rates within platform limits, and configure DNS and mailbox connections correctly. We may pause sending when deliverability or abuse signals warrant it, including automatic bounce rate guards.

Reporting

Report abuse to support@springmail.ai. We investigate reports and may share limited information with providers or authorities when required.
