What's included in the monthly plan?
The subscription covers email credits and contact storage. Marketplace domains, marketplace inboxes, warmup, and lead credits are billed separately.
How do email credits work?
Each campaign email uses one email credit. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Starter includes 5,000, Growth 100,000, and Scale 500,000 per month.
What's the difference between marketplace and BYO?
Bring your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes and domains at no extra charge, or buy sending domains and inboxes from us at checkout. Both paths use the same campaigns, warmup, and rotation.
How is warmup billed?
Warmup is an optional add-on at $2/inbox/30 days, charged from your cash balance (not included in the plan price). Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
How do lead credits work?
Lead packs are one-time purchases and do not reset with your plan. Importing a CSV is free within your contact storage cap. Revealing a verified email uses one lead credit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel renewal anytime. You keep access through the period you've already paid for.
